Return Process

  Once your return is authorized, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the items are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
